Assay Development and Transfer
Texcell is offering assay development services:
- Production of suitable dedicated antibodies (polyclonal or monoclonal, affinity purification, coupling with enzymes…)
- Production of cells, including Master and Working Cell Banks (MCB/WCB) for cell based assay.
- Production of proteins (see our Bioproduction section)
- Assay development & optimization to reach appropriate sensitivity, precision, accuracy, robustness…
Alternatively, Texcell can transfer the assay from our sponsor’s laboratory to our own labs.
At the end of the assay transfer or development, a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) will be written and audited by our Quality Assurance Unit.
